Channel 10 Reporter Ms. Wyatt Caught In Sex Chat Scam. An Australian Television personality says they have been A victim of a “sex chatting” scam, in which a fake Twitter profile account has been made in order to message other people privately.
Channel’s 10 reporter name Ms. Candice Wyatt, 40, recently wrote on Instagram on Sunday that a Twitter account was using photos/pictures from Ms. Wyatt’s social media account under the name “Lory Bonine”, and messaging individuals for “sex chats” privately.
Channel 10 reporter “Ms. Candice Wyatt,” wrote on Instagram: Hey guys, if you have a Twitter account, can you please go & report this person? and she also wrote that They’re taking my Instagram pictures & using them on Twitter to DM individuals for private sex chatting.
Ms. Wyatt also called a star journo at channel 10 in Melbourne has pleaded for help over the social media scam.
In August last year, a man verbally abused as well as spat on Wyatt, while she was doing a live cross from the Royal Botanic Gardens by the Yarra River.
The ordeal was recorded by the Channel 10 crew and witnessed by numerous people.
The individual was ultimately charged and condemned to a term of imprisonment.
Last year, the Government of Australia eSafety Commissioner published a warning over stolen personal Instagram pictures being used by other fake Instagram accounts.
the eSafety Commissioner wrote last year “This impersonation account then uses a link on the profile to redirect traffic to explicit posts on what looks like a subscription service,”
